What we do
We are passionate about acquiring and developing small software companies. To make good companies even better.
The companies we work with are digitalizing their customers - and we help them succeed.
We believe a good owner is one who truly understands and works with their companies with a long-term perspective. That is why we contribute with operational support and are investing without an end date. Preferably in a joint journey where key individuals are with us as minority owners.

What we believe in
Operational engagement
Analysis and strategy is important, but we believe that executions is what makes the big difference.
We support our companies as owners, in the Board of Directors, as well as operationally. Precisely how is tailored to the needs of each individual company.
Focus
We are not good at everything, but have a narrow focus.
We only invest in profitable companies with a turnover of between SEK 5 - 50 million, developing niche software solutions and who are based in the Nordics.
In it for the long run
Building strong teams and a leading market position takes time. We are majority owners and can own our companies as long as we want to. We do not have time limited funds, which would force us to sell our companies before a certain date. We can do what is best for the company.
