Troman AB has acquired Mobilise AS, a Norwegian software company with a complete software platform for managing election workers, volunteers, and civic events across Norway and Sweden.
Mobilise serves two markets: municipalities that need to recruit, train, schedule, and pay election workers, and volunteer organisations. The product covers everything from recruitment and onboarding to scheduling, e-learning, payroll, and reporting.
Today the company is the number-one provider of election administration software in Norway and the leading volunteer management platform for Norwegian civil society.
Troman, one of Marathon's existing portfolio companies, already owns Kaskelot, the leading election administration software in the Swedish market. Mobilise holds the equivalent position in Norway.
Together, they now cover the Norwegian and Swedish market for dedicated election administration software.
The Mobilise team will continue running the product within the Troman group. We are very happy to welcome Lars Stockinger and the rest of the team to the Marathon group!
