Case Study:
Login Hasselberg
CONCEPT DRAFT
NOT FOR PUBLICATION

Login Hasselberg became part of Marathon to get help building its organization and continue to focus on its customer group. The next natural step for the company was to build a broader product and expand to more countries. At that point, we had already been in contact for three years and discussed all the possibilities, but Erik and Helena, who founded Login Hasselberg, felt that it was going too slowly on their own.
Together we have focused on a few, but important things:
-
Recruiting top talent: the team has grown from two to seven
-
Product development: two modules have been added, with more on the way. Important steps towards creating a product that manages the entire customer process and is internationally competitive.
-
...and preparations for international expansion.
